Housing Works USA Veterans Supportive Housing is for Homeless Military Veterans.  The program is a shared housing opportunity to transition Veterans from the Tiny House into shared rental and ultimately becoming economically self-sufficient.  This program is called (Destination Transformation).  We do this though our partnership with community-based program which provides a range of supportive services to single Homeless Military Veterans in or transitioning to permanent housing to promote stability. The primary goals is to provide shared rental housing to Veterans transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing and prevent at-risk Veterans from becoming homeless—consistent with the HUD HPRP's (Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Programs).
